Customer Returns

Even after several quality checks, it is possible that the customer receives a damaged product due to manual or mishandled by couriers.

We only accept returns and refunds for damaged, defective, or misprinted items. Returns or refunds will not be accepted for wrong size, wrong color, or any other non-defect related reasons. Please review the product details carefully before making a purchase.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery. Send us unboxing videos and pictures of the defect along with original packaging images. For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 24 hours of the expected delivery date.

If you do not have an unboxing video and we cannot verify the defect, KoreVibe.com will not be liable for refunds/replacement.

  • Returns accepted within 24 hours of delivery only.
  • Returns or refunds will not be accepted for wrong size, wrong color, or any other non-defect related reasons.
  • Reverse pickup available for most pin codes. Non-serviceable areas require self-shipping.
  • Reverse shipment fee of ₹100 deducted per order at time of refund.
  • Exchange shipping charge: ₹100 one-way (per exchange).
  • Refund processed within 2 days of approval. Bank transfer time may vary.
  • Pickup attempted twice. If failed, self-ship to company address.
  • Allow 7 days for refund to reflect in your account.
  • Refunds applicable on prepaid/online orders only.
  • COD charges are non-refundable.
  • Sale, offer, or discounted items are not eligible for return.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. Cancel within 1 hour of placement.
  • Return items must be unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging.
  • A 2.26% payment processing fee applies — refunds will not be for the full amount.
  • No refunds on accessories (phone cases, metal posters, mugs, mouse pads, etc.).

Exchange

  • Exchange accepted only for defective, wrong, or damaged products.
  • Raise issue within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Share unboxing video as proof.
  • Items from sales/offers are not eligible for exchange.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, with all original tags intact.
  • Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
  • Non-serviceable pin codes require self-shipping.
  • Mail [email protected] to initiate an exchange request.

Important to Know

  • Do not hand over product without a pick-up slip or SMS confirmation.
  • Do not accept a tampered package.
  • Do not share OTP with the delivery person if product is not received.

RTO & No-Refund

All Return-to-Origin (RTO) orders due to incorrect addresses, delivery refusal, or repeated failed delivery attempts are not eligible for refunds.
Redelivery will only be processed after payment of applicable shipping charges.
 

Shipping & Delivery Terms

  • Incorrect or incomplete address: correction fee of ₹150 + GST after dispatch.
  • Order returned due to address issues or refusal: full forward shipping charges required for redelivery.
  • Refusing or rescheduling delivery more than twice: order returned, forward shipping fee required for reshipment.

Partial COD Payments

Any advance paid for Partial COD is non-refundable as it covers courier handling and logistics costs.
