📜 Barter Collaboration Agreement

By submitting this form, you ("Creator") agree to the following legally binding terms and conditions with KoreVibe ("the Brand").

1. Eligibility

The Creator must be 18 years or older to participate. By submitting this form, the Creator confirms they are legally eligible to enter this agreement.

2. Nature of Collaboration

• This is a barter-based collaboration.

• The Brand may provide products or services ("Value") in exchange for agreed content ("Deliverables").

• No monetary compensation will be provided unless explicitly agreed in writing prior to collaboration.

3. Content Authenticity & Ownership

• All content must be original, created by the Creator, and not copied, reused, or plagiarized.

• Previously used or reposted content is not acceptable unless approved in writing.

• The Creator confirms they own full rights to the content submitted.

4. Content Usage Rights

The Creator grants the Brand a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual right to use, repost, modify, and share the content across:

• Social media platforms

• Website

• Marketing and promotional materials

Credit will be given whenever possible.

5. Performance & Delivery Obligation

• Once the Creator receives the product(s), content must be published within 14 days, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Content must remain publicly visible for a minimum of 60 days.

• Required tags, mentions, and disclosures (e.g., #gifted, #collab) must be included.

6. Proof of Performance

The Creator must provide performance proof (such as reach, views, or insights screenshots) within 48 hours of posting. Failure to provide proof may be treated as non-compliance.

7. Performance-or-Pay (Anti-Fraud Clause)

To prevent misuse of collaborations: If the Creator receives the product but fails to deliver the agreed content, they must:

• Return the product unused OR

• Pay the full retail value of the product.

The Brand reserves the right to invoice this amount and take further action if necessary.

8. Product Handling & Returns

• Products cannot be returned once used.

• If collaboration is canceled after shipment, the Creator must return the product unused within 7 days, at their own expense.

9. Misuse & Disqualification

The Brand reserves the right to immediately terminate collaboration if the Creator:

• Provides false information

• Uses fake engagement or followers

• Misuses the brand name or content

• Violates any agreed terms

Such actions may result in blacklisting from future collaborations.

10. Modification or Cancellation

• Any changes to deliverables must be approved in writing.

• The Brand reserves the right to cancel the collaboration at any time if guidelines are violated.

11. Legal Acknowledgment

By submitting this form, the Creator confirms that:

• All information provided is accurate

• They have read and understood all terms

• They agree to comply fully with this agreement

This agreement is legally binding.
