Customer Returns
Even after several quality checks, it is possible that the customer receives a damaged product due to manual or mishandled by couriers.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 24-hour of delivery. For replacements and refunds, send us unboxing videos and pictures of the product showing the defects along with the original packaging images. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted within 24-hour after the delivery. Post which, you will bear re-printing charges.
If you do not have an unboxing video of the order and we fail to verify the cause, KoreVibe.com will not be liable for refunds/replacement of such products.
- Customers can return their order within 24-hour after an order has been delivered. We have a reverse pick up facility for most pin codes. For pin codes that are non- serviceable by our courier partners against the reverse pick up policy, you will have to self-ship the product(s).
- A reverse shipment fee of Rs 100 will be deducted at the time of refund per order, regardless of the number of items within that order. This means that if an order contains multiple items, only a single deduction of Rs 100 will be made for the entire order, not on each individual clothing item.
- As we do not have our own delivery service, we rely on delivery partners like BlueDart, Delivery, DTDC, etc. In case of an exchange, the delivery partner charges us for reverse pickup from the customer location and then additional delivery charges for delivering new product again to the customer location, as these charges are two-way; we request our customers to pay for one way charge ₹100 (₹100 will be applicable on each exchange).
- Refund Processing Time: Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 2 days. The amount will then be transferred to the customer’s account, though the actual time it takes for the customer to receive the refund may vary based on the payment method and the bank’s processing time.
- Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the company address. Reverse Pick Up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pin code.
- Kindly allow 7 days for the return to be processed and the amount to be shown in your bank account. PLEASE NOTE: REFUND / BANK TRANSFER ARE ONLY APPLICABLE FOR PREPAID ORDERS / ONLINE PAYMENTS MADE ON OUR WEBSITE.
- COD Charges are Non-Refundable.
- Items purchased on sale, offer, or discount are not eligible for returns. Please review the product details carefully before making a purchase.
- Once the order is shipped from the warehouse, it cannot be canceled. (cancel order within 1 hours of order placment)
- Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. Must Be in original condition i.e. unworn, unused with the same tag, labels & in the same packing. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, a refund would not be provided.
- Please note, a 2.26% payment processing fee applies to both payments and refunds. As a result, refunds will not be for the full amount paid.
