Delivery timeline

The delivery SLA (Service Level Agreement) ranges from 7 days to 14 days based on different shipping zones. This timeframe applies to the first delivery attempt.

  • Order Handling Time:
    Orders are processed and prepared for shipping within 1-2 days, fulfilled between Monday – Saturday.

  • Transit Time:
    Once shipped, delivery typically takes 7-14 days, with shipping days between Monday – Saturday.

  • Order Cutoff Time:
    Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT+05:30) India Standard Time (Kolkata) will be processed on the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next working day.

Yes, we charge ₹100 for payments made via Cash on Delivery.

How are orders packaged?

Each item is wrapped in sturdy packaging to ensure it remains free from physical damage.

    We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders, regardless of the order value.

  • Standard Shipping Charges:

    • For orders below ₹999, a shipping fee of ₹100 is applied.
    • For orders above ₹999, free shipping is available.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Charges:
    A flat fee of ₹100 is charged for all COD orders, regardless of the order value.

Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?

Yes, you can change the shipping address before your order has been processed (shipped) by contacting our customer support team.

How does the delivery process work?

  • Once you place an order, our system starts processing it almost immediately.
  • Your item goes through a quality check before being handed over to the courier partner.
  • It is securely packed and given to our trusted delivery partners.
  • The item is then shipped to your location. This process may take up to 1-2 days.

To ensure timely delivery, we may request specific information from you, such as your name, shipping address, billing address, landmarks, and contact details. Providing accurate and complete information is your responsibility. We are not liable for delivery failures due to incorrect or insufficient information provided by you.

To secure the delivery, an OTP will be sent to your registered email and mobile number. You need to share the OTP with the logistic partner for them to complete the delivery. If you cannot locate the OTP, the logistic partner can resend it to your registered mobile number upon request. The OTP remains valid until the end of the delivery day.

Delivery Attempts: We will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If you are unavailable or unable to accept the delivery after three attempts, we reserve the right to cancel your order. The product will be returned to its original source, and shipping and delivery charges may be deducted from any subsequent refunds.

What is the estimated delivery time?

We aim to deliver products within 7-14 business days. In some cases, there might be delays due to various factors. We ship orders throughout the week, including weekends and public holidays. If there is a delay, you will be informed.

Please Note:

During festivals, adverse weather conditions, or political crises, your shipment may be further delayed due to dependencies on courier companies. We assure you we will do our best to deliver your product in a timely manner and appreciate your patience.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking ID from the respective courier partner.

My order has been shipped. How can I track it?

After dispatch, you will receive an email with tracking details and the courier company handling your order. You can track your package 24 hours after it is dispatched from our warehouse.

Claims and Returns Policy for Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

Even after several quality checks, it is possible that the customer receives a damaged product due to manual or mishandled by couriers.  

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. For replacements and refunds, send us unboxing videos and pictures of the product showing the defects along with the original packaging images. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted within 7 days after the delivery. Post which, you will bear re-printing charges.  

If your customer would like to exchange or return a product due to a wrong size being ordered or without any defects would be handled at your expense by placing a new order.
